Returns and Refunds

Because much of our work is made to order, individually finished, oversized, or created specifically for a customer, we do not offer automatic returns or refunds.

If your order arrives damaged, is materially different from what was ordered, or there is another problem with the item that resulted from an error on our part, please contact us as soon as possible. We will review the situation and work with you toward an appropriate resolution.

Refunds, replacements, repairs, and returns are handled on a case-by-case basis.

We understand that circumstances sometimes change. For smaller, non-custom items, we may choose to approve a return in certain situations. Any return must be authorized by us before it is shipped back. Please do not send an item back without contacting us first.

Custom, personalized, made-to-order, modified, and oversized pieces generally cannot be returned simply because a customer changes their mind. These pieces are often fabricated and finished specifically for the order and may not be reasonably resalable.

If we approve a discretionary return that is not related to damage, defect, or an error on our part, the customer may be responsible for return shipping and the item must be returned in its original condition.

Original shipping, freight, crating, packaging, liftgate, residential-delivery, or other special transportation costs are generally non-refundable unless the return is the result of an error on our part.

Please inspect your order promptly after delivery. If an item arrives damaged, keep the item and all packaging and contact us with photographs of the item, packaging, and shipping damage so we can determine the best next step.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable law.

Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible.

Because many orders enter fabrication or finishing shortly after they are received, we cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or canceled once work has begun.

Requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. Custom, personalized, modified, or made-to-order work may become non-cancellable once materials have been cut, fabricated, finished, or otherwise committed to the project.
